Clown rasbora

The clown rasbora from the Malay Peninsula, Borneo and Sumatra lives in blackwater rivers and streams of peat-swamp forests, habitats threatened by plantations and mining. It is pinkish-red with two large dark spots and reaches 10 centimetres. The female is larger and rounder. It scatters its eggs among plants and rocks.
