Placidochromis milomo
No photo yet
A cichlid endemic to Lake Malawi, from the Malawian shore, from rocky areas covered in sediment. It has huge lips, used to scrape algae and invertebrates from the rocks — 'milomo' means 'lips' in the Chewa language; in aquaria the lips shrink. It lives alone.
