Nagy's Licorice Gourami

A licorice gourami from the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia, around Kuantan, from peat-swamp streams. The male builds a bubble nest inside a cave. It rarely appears in the trade. Its name honours the Austrian aquarist Peter Nagy, who brought it to Europe.
