Jellybean tetra

The jellybean tetra is the only member of its genus, from small coastal waters of Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire. It is one of the smallest fish in the hobby, about 2 centimetres. The male has red spots on the rear body and tail; the female is almost transparent. It scatters its eggs among plants and gives no care. It is threatened by pollution.
