Colombian Tetra

The Colombian tetra, blue with red fins, is known only from the Acandí River in northwestern Colombia, near the Panama border. It was in the hobby before being described in 2002, and was confused with Hyphessobrycon ecuadoriensis. It reaches about 6.5 centimetres.
