Redtail sharkminnow
Epalzeorhynchos bicolor
The red-tailed black shark, black with a red tail, is endemic to Thailand and critically endangered in the wild; all fish in the trade are farm-bred with hormones. It grazes algae and eats small bottom animals. It becomes territorial as it grows, especially towards similar-looking fish.
