Datnioides pulcher
No photo yet
The Siamese tiger perch from the Mekong and Chao Phraya basins is critically endangered: it vanished from Thailand in the 1990s because of dams and fishing for food and the aquarium trade. A predator, it eats fish and shrimp. Captive-breeding attempts are under way.
