Copadichromis trewavasae

A cichlid endemic to Lake Malawi, from where sand meets rock. It eats plankton near the bottom and small invertebrates. The male is territorial and the female mouthbroods the eggs. It is named after the ichthyologist Ethelwynn Trewavas.
