The cherubfish is a pygmy angelfish from the western Atlantic (Florida, Bermuda, the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean). It is deep blue with an orange-yellow head and chest and a blue ring around the eye. It has been bred in captivity. It reaches 8 centimetres.
