Orange clownfish

The orange clownfish is from the northern Great Barrier Reef, northern New Guinea and Melanesia. It lives in the anemones Heteractis magnifica and Stichodactyla gigantea. Each group has a breeding pair and a few non-breeders; if the female dies, the male becomes female. It looks almost identical to the common clownfish. It reaches 11 centimetres.
